What the Set Price Means

The price shown on each design page is the base price for that specific design and the inclusions described in its listing. Each listing should clearly state whether the price includes the garment only, a coordinating belt or collar, a headpiece, accessories, fittings, or other components.

Shipping is calculated separately. Specialty materials, client-requested changes, rush production, complex sizing adjustments, and international delivery may require an additional quote.

MATERIAL AVAILABILITY

The approved material plan protects the design direction.

Traditional and natural materials vary in availability. The listed price applies to the approved material plan for the design. If a requested material is unavailable or significantly changes in cost, Urban Islander Designs will contact the client with an appropriate alternative or revised quote before production begins.

Shipping is calculated separately.

Every commission follows an approved design plan. Pauline leads the creative direction and client communication, while trained team members may support construction, embellishment, finishing, inspection, and fulfillment. Before professional packing and insured shipping, each order is checked for workmanship, design consistency, finishing, and presentation.

IMPORTANT DESIGN NOTE

The gallery image is a concept and source of inspiration.

Your finished garment will be handmade for you and may differ in fabric, pattern placement, shells, feathers, woven material, color tone, trim, and construction details. Any material substitution or meaningful design change will be discussed before production.

Urban Islander Designs ships commissioned pieces to clients in all 50 United States and to approved international destinations. Shipping rates are customized according to destination, package dimensions, weight, delivery speed, insurance requirements, and applicable international documentation.

Every completed order is carefully prepared, professionally boxed, and insured for shipment. The shipping quote is provided separately or included in the final invoice once the package requirements and delivery destination are confirmed.
